Why We Built Haiven
"As a surgical resident, I witnessed a tragedy that had nothing to do with the disease itself. Patients and families spending their most precious moments fighting the healthcare system instead of focusing on their care.
I saw outstanding oncology teams doing everything they could to save lives, yet constantly blocked by the crushing administrative and financial burdens of the industry.
Then, the statistics became personal. When a close family member was diagnosed with testicular cancer, I watched him endure financial toxicity that felt worse than the treatments themselves. The anxiety of bills and bureaucracy overshadowed the fight for his health.
I founded Haiven Health to bridge that gap - and united a team who had lived versions of the same story. Together we are physicians, health system leaders, clinical AI engineers, and oncology navigators who have seen this problem from every angle. We are not building a product for oncology. We are building the partner we wish every patient and every provider had.
Our mission is simple: to ensure that for every patient and every provider, the cancer journey is about healing - not fighting the system."

We are a collective of clinicians, builders, and cancer survivors. We know exactly what it feels like when the system fails because we have been there, on both sides of the bed.

The Promise
Unbiased Incentives. Our loyalty is strictly to the patient and the provider. We do not accept revenue streams that could influence care pathways or pollute the incentives of navigation.
We Are Not Actively Hiring.
Haiven Health is a lean, elite team by design. We are not looking to fill seats. We are looking to solve impossible problems.
We do not have open roles right now. However, we always make room for the exceptional.
